Un sistema \u00e1gil para hacer crecer a nuestros profesionales por medio del refuerzo positivo de sus supervisores o responsables directos.<\/p>\n<p>Como sabes \u201cfeedback\u201d es informaci\u00f3n de retorno. Todas las personas necesitamos saber la opini\u00f3n de nuestros responsables sobre nuestro trabajo. Esta reflexi\u00f3n est\u00e1 muy trabajada en Dacsa, pero no siempre se materializa como desear\u00edamos.<\/p>\n<p>Por ese motivo, esta vez, nos hemos dirigido a todos los compa\u00f1eros\/as que no participan de una evaluaci\u00f3n formal de desempe\u00f1o, para que tengan la ocasi\u00f3n de pedir, si lo desean, una valoraci\u00f3n de su trabajo y de su forma de hacerlo: es una manera de reconocimiento que motiva a la gente. Voluntaria y proactiva.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo funciona el sistema \u00e1gil de feedback en Dacsa?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Desde el Departamento de Personas se env\u00eda un formulario al menos dos veces al a\u00f1o (abril y septiembre), donde cualquier persona decide si quiere recibir informaci\u00f3n de su trabajo.<\/li>\n<li>Los managers recibir\u00e1n un email con las solicitudes de sus colaboradores y, si lo desean, reciben nuestro apoyo experto, para elaborar el mensaje m\u00e1s acertado.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00bfCu\u00e1les son las opciones de preguntas que se han ofertado para poder elegir?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00bfQu\u00e9 es lo mejor que has hecho en los \u00faltimos tres meses?<\/li>\n<li>\u00bfCu\u00e1l es el aspecto m\u00e1s positivo de tu forma de ser o trabajar?<\/li>\n<li>\u00bfEn qu\u00e9 piensa tu jefe que te puede ayudar a mejorar?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, los colaboradores\/as, tambi\u00e9n pueden elegir el modo de recibirlo: por escrito o en una reuni\u00f3n personal.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-14046\" src=\"https:\/\/dacsa.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/2shutterstock_1019054956-min-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"430\" height=\"256\" \/><\/p>\n<p>En definitiva, gestionar adecuadamente la relaci\u00f3n con los equipos y mantener a las personas comprometidas y satisfechas es cada vez m\u00e1s importante para el \u00e9xito de Dacsa.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a1Si quieres feedback, p\u00eddelo! \u00bfTe animas?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Enciende el compromiso, \u00bfQuieres saber lo que m\u00e1s valora tu responsable de ti?
