Es un modelo sencillo y aspiracional.<\/p>\n<p>Tres a\u00f1os m\u00e1s tarde ha sido el momento de mirarse al espejo y preguntarnos, \u00bfQu\u00e9 ha cambiado desde entonces? \u00bfC\u00f3mo nos ha ayudado? \u00bfQu\u00e9 es lo que m\u00e1s nos gusta o echamos en falta? Y c\u00f3mo hacer una mirada hacia delante para continuar su despliegue.<\/p>\n<p>Durante los \u00faltimos meses hemos organizado varias sesiones de trabajo en las que han participado personas de todas las plantas del grupo, muchas de las que ya participaron en su origen y muchas de las personas que se han incorporado a la compa\u00f1\u00eda en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os. Las sesiones han sido acompa\u00f1adas por miembros del comit\u00e9 de direcci\u00f3n y del consejo de administraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Nuestra Consejera Ejecutiva, <strong>Araceli C\u00edscar,<\/strong> nos comentaba en una de las sesiones que \u201cDacsa es una compa\u00f1\u00eda de esfuerzos compartidos. El Modelo de Liderazgo no entiende de jerarqu\u00edas y es aplicable a cualquier puesto de trabajo\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-16153\" src=\"https:\/\/dacsa.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/FORMA-MODELO-LIDERAZGO-ESP-976x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"444\" height=\"467\" srcset=\"https:\/\/dacsa.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/FORMA-MODELO-LIDERAZGO-ESP-976x1024.jpg 976w, https:\/\/dacsa.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/FORMA-MODELO-LIDERAZGO-ESP-286x300.jpg 286w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 444px) 100vw, 444px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>En las sesiones, han sido posible compartir las ideas claves del modelo y su aplicaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Es un modelo orientado que contribuye a mantener un ambiente de trabajo sano y productivo.<\/li>\n<li>El liderazgo en Dacsa es la capacidad de hacer mejor a los de tu alrededor.<\/li>\n<li>Es necesario aprender a establecer las distancias productivas con los que nos rodean.<\/li>\n<li>El error es parte del proceso de aprendizaje por lo que es esencial generar este espacio de confianza.<\/li>\n<li>La escucha y la participaci\u00f3n son esenciales para mantener relaciones de confianza.<\/li>\n<li>La conducta es el m\u00e1s potente que cualquier palabra, se lidera con el ejemplo.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Durante las sesiones se compartieron muchas ideas, comentarios y reflexiones, pero destacamos que es un modelo vivo, con el que las personas de Dacsa se identifican.<\/p>\n<p>En Dacsa pensamos que el <strong>Modelo de Liderazgo<\/strong> es el una palanca de cambio.
