El <strong>cereal que habitualmente se usa es la cebada<\/strong>, sin embargo, es muy habitual la incorporaci\u00f3n otros cereales, como el ma\u00edz o el arroz.<\/p>\n<p>De hecho, el <strong>ma\u00edz es uno de los ingredientes m\u00e1s empleado como elemento adicional <\/strong>en la fabricaci\u00f3n de cerveza, tanto en Europa como en Am\u00e9rica.<\/p>\n<p>El objetivo de incorporar ma\u00edz a la cerveza es <strong>aumentar la proporci\u00f3n de hidratos de carbono<\/strong> del mosto cervecero con respecto a las prote\u00ednas y, con ellos, obtener \u00a0<strong>cervezas con unas caracter\u00edsticas organol\u00e9pticas m\u00e1s suaves<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Si se utiliza ma\u00edz en una proporci\u00f3n de un 20% de la receta no influye mucho en el sabor, a no ser que seas un catador avanzado, entonces <strong>notar\u00e1s cierto ligero sabor diferente pero sutil y un dulzor particular<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Lo que s\u00ed aporta a simple vista el uso del ma\u00edz es una sensaci\u00f3n de un <strong>cuerpo m\u00e1s ligero y un color m\u00e1s claro y dorado <\/strong>que las cervezas elaboradas 100% con cebada.<\/p>\n<p>El ma\u00edz puede ser incorporado directamente en el macerado en forma de copos, aunque tambi\u00e9n puede ser incluido como s\u00e9mola o en jarabe.<\/p>\n<p>En el caso de Dacsa Group, ofrece <strong>s\u00e9mola de ma\u00edz para la industria cervecera<\/strong>.
