Y es en Food 4 Future donde se dan a conocer las \u00faltimas innovaciones y tendencias que est\u00e1n impulsando la transformaci\u00f3n de la industria alimentaria, como las tecnolog\u00edas 4.0, la preocupaci\u00f3n por una alimentaci\u00f3n saludable, la producci\u00f3n de alimentos sostenible y eficiente, o la lucha contra el cambio clim\u00e1tico.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para ello, dentro de <strong>Food 4 Future<\/strong> se celebra un congreso Food-Tech con diferentes ponencias y mesas redondas en las que los profesionales de diferentes empresas pueden dar a conocer las soluciones que ya est\u00e1n poniendo en pr\u00e1ctica en sus propios sectores.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-31420\" src=\"https:\/\/dacsa.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/processed-eb98cdee-8588-45b0-8101-547823039c8a_qV86cBrO-scaled.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"748\" height=\"568\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Este fue el caso de <strong>David P\u00e9rez Carrera,<\/strong> Southern Europe Regional Manager and New Business Manager en Dacsa Group, que particip\u00f3 en la mesa redonda \u00abLa innovaci\u00f3n abierta empresarial procesa una nueva relaci\u00f3n con las startups para crecer juntos\u00bb. Lo hizo junto con otros profesionales como Rub\u00e9n Gonz\u00e1lez de Mahou. Olallo Villoldo de Feedect e Ignacio Oroquieta de Le Room Service\u00a0 moderados por Pedro Astals, Presidente del Consejo Asesor de Tech Transfer Agrifood.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Una mesa redonda en la que pudieron poner en relieve c\u00f3mo los procesos de innovaci\u00f3n abierta se han convertido en una herramienta muy \u00fatil para que las empresas capturen valor y aceleren sus propios procesos de innovaci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de la colaboraci\u00f3n con startups.
