Dacsa Group Hosts One of the Sessions of the 5th “Conectando Fórums” Meeting

A few days ago, Dacsa Group took part in the 5th “Conectando Fórums” Meeting, organized by the Valencian Association of Entrepreneurs (AVE), which brought together young  people from family businesses from all over Spain, in Valencia.

This forum, which has become a key event for the future of the family business ecosystem, aims to foster lasting connections across generations, strengthen the core values of family enterprises, and create a space for learning and inspiration.

In this edition, Dacsa Group was one of the host companies, welcoming participants to a session held in the symbolic setting of the Albufera Natural Park. There, attendees had the opportunity to learn about the group’s business model, its family roots, and its strong commitment to sustainability, innovation, and regional development.

“For us, it’s a pleasure to welcome Conectando Fórums to such a special place as La Albufera, where rice is not just a crop, but a part of our history and who we are at Dacsa,” said Ricardo Císcar, Executive Board Member of the group.

Araceli Císcar, also an Executive Board Member, emphasized the importance of creating spaces like this one, “which allow us to share not only our business journey, but also our firm commitment to innovation, sustainability, and territorial development.”

The session at Dacsa Group concluded two days of activities that included visits to leading companies such as Cecotec, MSC, Grupo Raminatrans, and the Port of Valencia, as well as a tour of the Hortensia Herrero Art Centre.

It was an immersive experience where tradition, innovation, and business legacy came together to look toward the future with renewed strength.
