At Dacsa, we believe in training as the driving force behind our growth. We are convinced that investing in people’s development strengthens innovation, improves efficiency, and reinforces our team’s commitment.

In 2024, we have reaffirmed our commitment to learning, reaching a total of 12,695 training hours, with an average of 25 hours per person.

Beyond the numbers, what truly matters is the impact each training has on the development of our teams. This year, we have focused on key courses that enhance both technical and transversal skills:
📌 “Shaping Dacsa Future” programme in collaboration with EADA, for high potential profiles, focused on strengthening leadership within the organisation.
📌 Power BI courses, an essential tool for data-driven decision-making.
📌 DACSA Values Course, designed for the entire company to continue strengthening our corporate culture.
📌 DACSA Master, with 189 training hours and three new contents, designed to provide in-depth learning in key areas.
