New edition of the Dacsa Group Summer Workshop: Learning, connection and real experience

📌Once again, at Dacsa Group we have enthusiastically celebrated our Summer Workshop, a day specially designed for the interns who join us during the summer months. This initiative aims to strengthen their integration, promote learning and create bonds between the different departments and people who form part of the organisation.

First phase of the workshop: Sharing, reflecting and growing

The day began with a participatory session in which the interns shared their experiences, learnings and skills acquired during their stay at Dacsa. In addition, through a group dynamic, they not only deepened their knowledge of all the group’s plants and business areas, but also explored the value of inclusion, teamwork and communication in the professional environment.

🗣️ Samantha Marín, Corporate Social Responsibility intern “I found this morning’s workshop very interesting and useful. I think it’s a good way to refresh your knowledge and learn new things, as well as helping to break the ice between colleagues. As for the visit to the plant, I also found it a good opportunity to meet other interns and people who started as interns and are now part of the team. I think it’s a very positive initiative and, without a doubt, something that should be repeated every year.”

Second phase of the workshop: Learn about our plant and production process

The second half of the workshop consisted of a guided tour of the production plant in Valencia. There, our colleagues Vicente Ferrando and Marcial Hellín gave a detailed explanation of the corn and rice processing process, highlighting the quality and safety standards that guarantee excellence at every stage.

At Dacsa Group, we firmly believe in offering our interns a comprehensive training experience that combines technical learning with personal and professional development. This workshop is just one example of our commitment to young talent and their preparation for the future.

Thank you to everyone who made it possible!
