New edition of the Dacsa Group Summer Workshop with our trainees: A day of learning and networking

For another year, we had the pleasure to organise our summer workshop with the trainees who are with us during the summer months. This event provided a valuable opportunity for our interns to familiarise themselves with our company and strengthen their connections to both the team and the organisation.

✅In the first phase of the workshop, our interns shared their experiences and skills developed during their time at Dacsa Group. In addition, they participated in a workshop which not only deepened their knowledge about the company, but also underlined the importance of collaboration and inclusion in the work environment. It was inspiring to see how the new generations collaborate and support each other.

DIEGO MORAL, trainee from the Administration department: ‘The session was very enriching and a nice touch for the trainees. I was able to connect with other people who are in the same situation as me. In addition, I was able to learn about certain aspects of Dacsa that I didn’t know about, and the plant visit was also very interesting. Thank you for the workshop’

✅In the second part of the workshop, they visited the production plant in Valencia, where our production colleagues, Vicente Ferrando and Marcial Hellin, showed them in detail how our production process is carried out with corn and rice; both the operation and the standards that guarantee quality and safety at each stage of the process.

SEBASTIÁN PULGARÍN, intern in the Customer Service and Logistics department: ‘It has been a good opportunity to meet more colleagues and better understand what is done here. The visit to the plant was also very interesting, especially seeing the processes and the ingenuity behind the production and machinery. I really enjoyed it’.
