Dacsa Takes Part in ftalks Food Summit 2025 and Highlights the Role of Artificial Intelligence in the Food Industry

Once again this year, Dacsa Group participated in the seventh edition of the ftalks Food Summit, held on June 18th in Valencia – an internationally recognized event driven by KM ZERO Food Innovation Hub.

Under the theme Tech for Food, the summit brought together leaders, startups, and companies committed to transforming the food system.

Jorge Laderas, Group Data & AI Manager at Dacsa, spoke at the event to explain how artificial intelligence is being integrated into key processes within the agri-food sector—from enhancing production efficiency to developing products more aligned with sustainability and the evolving demands of today’s consumers.

With more than 70 speakers, 36 exhibiting startups, and a strong focus on technological innovation, ftalks provided an ideal space to share, learn, and promote real solutions that contribute to a fairer, more resilient, and sustainable food system.
